Terms of Use
Established: August 18, 2026 · Last updated: September 29, 2026
1. About This App
Subnelio (the “App”) helps users record subscriptions, check upcoming renewals, and understand recurring expenses. The App does not bill users, change contracts, or cancel subscriptions on behalf of service providers.
2. Information You Enter
Users must ensure that the services, prices, dates, and other information they enter are accurate. Always check the relevant service provider’s information for contract details, billing amounts, and cancellation terms.
3. Estimated Spending and Reminders
Renewal dates, estimated spending, and reminders shown by the App are provided for reference based on information entered by users. The App does not guarantee that they reflect actual billing or that notifications will be delivered.
4. Backups and Data Management
Users are responsible for properly managing their own data and backups. The App is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, loss, deletion, or other circumstances.
5. Third-Party Services
The App has no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or other relationship with the companies operating the services shown. All service names, app icons, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. App icons obtained from the iTunes Search API are displayed to identify services registered by users. The App does not modify these icons and uses them in association with information from the corresponding App Store pages. The relevant display may be changed or removed at the request of a rights holder or Apple.
6. Subnelio Pro
Add up to 8 subscriptions, use basic reminders 1 and 3 days in advance, and back up and restore with JSON. Existing records are not deleted if you do not purchase Pro. The limit counts subscriptions still being managed; cancelled or ended contracts do not count.
Versions supporting Pro offer a one-time App Store purchase. See the in-app purchase screen for the price. Purchasing requires iOS 15 or later. Cloud sync and Family Sharing are not included.
Unlimited subscription entries · Multiple reminder dates from the due date to 30 days before · Monthly spending trends for the year and recorded price changes · Export your subscription list as CSV
7. Purchases, restoration and refunds
Use the same Apple Account used for your purchase, then open Settings → Plan → Restore purchases. This restores Pro access, not your subscription records; restore those from a JSON backup. Purchasing and restoring require a connection to the App Store.
To request a refund, apply to Apple. Apple handles eligibility under its applicable rules. If a purchase is revoked, including after a refund, new Pro actions are restricted; existing records, basic features, and JSON backup and restore remain available.
8. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be changed to accommodate new features, legal requirements, or operational needs. Revised terms apply from the time they are published in the App or on its distribution page.
